I have no clue if anyone even reads this board anymore, but I figure it'll be good to actually track my workout / have people yell at me over the internet. I am currently following Cavefish's routine, and so far my numbers are pretty horrible. I was originally doing Starting Strength, and switched when I realized I wanted more muscle. So here it is, my horrible lift numbers from yesterday's workout. I'm 6' and 150 pounds (skinny/fat) so I just plan to eat 3,000 calories a day, at a 40p/40c/20f split.
MONDAY - Legs
4 sets leg extension 10reps -
4 sets squat 10 reps -115 lbs
3 sets leg press 12 reps -
4 sets leg curl 12 reps -
3 sets stiff legged deadlift - 135 lbs
Unfortunatly, those are the only weight numbers I remember. On the leg machines, I just kept upping the weight until it got tough, and didn't really bother to look at it. I'll remember to check next time.
